Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, crab meat, butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the butter bombs until firm, about 2 hours.
