Delicious lobster claws served with a rich brown butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 lobster claws
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and cook until the butter turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
- Place lobster claws in a serving dish and pour brown butter sauce over them.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh live lobster claws.
- Adjust the garlic to your taste.
