Description

Delicious lobster claws served with a rich brown butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster claws
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and cook until the butter turns golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
  5. Place lobster claws in a serving dish and pour brown butter sauce over them.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh live lobster claws.
  • Adjust the garlic to your taste.
