Ingredients

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground lamb and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until peppers are tender.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the stuffing mixture.
- For a spicier dish, include chili flakes.
