Description

A delicious recipe for slow-cooked lamb shoulder that is tender and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lamb shoulder
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the slow cooker.
  2. Season the lamb shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the lamb on all sides.
  4. Transfer the lamb to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, broth, rosemary, and thyme.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the lamb is tender.
  7. Shred the meat and serve.
