Description
Delicious and juicy lamb mince cutlets pan-fried to perfection.
Ingredients

- 500 grams lamb mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into cutlets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook cutlets for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let rest before serving.

- Can be served with a salad or in a pita.
- Great for meal prep and can be frozen.
