Description

Delicious and juicy lamb mince cutlets pan-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams lamb mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into cutlets.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook cutlets for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from skillet and let rest before serving.
