- 2 lamb kidneys
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 egg, hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the lamb kidneys and remove any fat or membranes.
- Slice the kidneys and sauté them in butter with chopped onion and garlic until cooked through.
- Add mustard, mashed hard-boiled egg, and breadcrumbs to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Stuff the mixture back into the kidneys and bake in the oven until golden.
