- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the lamb brain by soaking it in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it becomes golden brown and starts to smell nutty.
- Add the lamb brain and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add the capers and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
