Description

Kuay Tiew Tom Yum is a delicious Thai noodle soup that features a spicy and sour broth, loaded with fresh herbs and toppings.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 150 grams shrimp
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1 cilantro sprig


Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water until soft, then drain.
  2. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  3. Add shrimp, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste to the broth.
  4. Simmer until shrimp are cooked.
  5. Place soaked noodles in a bowl and pour the broth with shrimp over them.
  6. Garnish with bean sprouts and cilantro.
