- 150 grams shrimp
- 100 grams bean sprouts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water until soft, then drain.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add shrimp, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste to the broth.
- Simmer until shrimp are cooked.
- Place soaked noodles in a bowl and pour the broth with shrimp over them.
- Garnish with bean sprouts and cilantro.

- Adjust the spiciness to your preference by varying the amount of chili paste.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute shrimp with tofu.
