Description

A flavorful and spicy dish featuring salmon coated in a rich gochujang butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the gochujang butter sauce over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
