- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
