Description

A delicious recipe for King Crab Legs served with rich Beef Dripping Butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds king crab legs
  • 1/2 cup beef dripping
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the king crab legs in a baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the beef dripping over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the beef dripping mixture over the crab legs.
