Description

Delicious king crab legs served with a rich garlic beef dripping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds king crab legs
  • 1/2 cup beef dripping
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat the beef dripping over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Place king crab legs in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic beef dripping mixture over the crab legs.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
