- 1/2 cup beef dripping
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat the beef dripping over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place king crab legs in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic beef dripping mixture over the crab legs.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Crab legs can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
