- 2 pounds king crab legs
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the king crab legs on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
- In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to make the chimichurri.
- Serve the crab legs hot with chimichurri sauce on the side.
Notes
- Can be served with lemon wedges for added flavor.
- Adjust the spice level in chimichurri by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
