Description

Juicy king crab legs served with a zesty chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds king crab legs
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the king crab legs on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to make the chimichurri.
  5. Serve the crab legs hot with chimichurri sauce on the side.
