- 1 pound Wagyu beef
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chopped kimchi with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Lay out slices of Wagyu beef and place a spoonful of the kimchi mixture on each slice.
- Roll up the beef slices tightly around the kimchi filling.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Grill or sear the rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the beef is cooked to your preference.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add gochujang to the kimchi mixture.
- Serve with a side of steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
