Description

Delicious Wagyu beef rolls stuffed with spicy and tangy kimchi for a unique fusion dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Wagyu beef
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped kimchi with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  3. Lay out slices of Wagyu beef and place a spoonful of the kimchi mixture on each slice.
  4. Roll up the beef slices tightly around the kimchi filling.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Grill or sear the rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the beef is cooked to your preference.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add gochujang to the kimchi mixture.
  • Serve with a side of steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
