- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in the egg, then roll in the pork rind mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated sticks on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
