- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs freeze well, so make a double batch!
