Description

Delicious and easy-to-make keto-friendly meatballs that are perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
  • These meatballs freeze well, so make a double batch!
