A rich and creamy Keto Meatball Stroganoff that is low in carbs and high in flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup cauliflower rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour. Form into meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits. Return meatballs to the skillet.
- Add heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve over cauliflower rice.
Notes
- For a creamier sauce, add more heavy cream.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
