Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, pecans, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture onto each chicken breast and roll them up tightly.
