- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup beef fat
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and beef fat, then heat in a microwave until melted.
- Add the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the melted cheese and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
