Description

Delicious and fluffy keto cheese bread rolls made with beef fat instead of butter, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup beef fat
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and beef fat, then heat in a microwave until melted.
  3. Add the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the melted cheese and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
