Description

A delicious and hearty keto-friendly soup packed with flavors from sausage and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the cabbage, bell pepper, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
