  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, tomato paste, and shredded cheddar cheese, cooking until cheese has melted.
