These juicy Greek chicken burgers are packed with flavor and served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 4 burger buns
- Leafy greens for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne, and feta cheese. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing the grated cucumber, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Once burgers are cooked, serve them on buns topped with leafy greens and tzatziki sauce.

- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving for juiciness.
