Description

A rich and flavorful meatloaf that is packed with protein and perfect for carnivores.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Top with additional ketchup if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
