- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsweetened ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Top with additional ketchup if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped herbs or spices to the meat mixture.
