Description

A fragrant and flavorful rack of lamb scented with a blend of fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 rack of lamb
  • 2 tablespoons tallow
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the tallow, garlic, rosemary, thyme, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb.
  4. Place the rack in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
