- 2 pounds pork belly
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, and lime juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork belly and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Place the pork belly on a baking sheet and cover it with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and broil for an additional 10-15 minutes to get a crispy skin.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For best results, marinate the pork belly overnight.
- Adjust the level of jerk seasoning according to your spice preference.
