Ingredients

- 500 grams minced chicken
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 flatbreads or roti
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix minced chicken, curry powder, onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken mixture until fully cooked.
- Take the flatbread, place some chicken filling in the center, and fold over to seal.
- Dip the filled flatbread in beaten egg.
- Fry in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a spicier flavor, add more green chilies.
