Description

A delicious and savory stuffed flatbread originating from Malaysia, filled with flavorful chicken and spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams minced chicken
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 flatbreads or roti
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix minced chicken, curry powder, onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken mixture until fully cooked.
  3. Take the flatbread, place some chicken filling in the center, and fold over to seal.
  4. Dip the filled flatbread in beaten egg.
  5. Fry in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add more green chilies.
  • Can be served with pickles or chutney.
