Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Season scallops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Place scallops in a vacuum-sealable bag with butter and lemon juice, then seal the bag.
  4. Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Remove scallops from the bag and pat dry.
  6. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear scallops for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
