Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef fat (trimmed and diced)


Instructions

  1. Add the diced beef fat to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  4. Allow natural pressure release for at least 10 minutes before venting the remaining pressure.
  5. Strain the liquid tallow through a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof container.
  6. Let it cool and solidify before storing.
