Instructions
- Clean and cut the crabs into quarters.

- Add the crab pieces, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the crab and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crabs are fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
