Ingredients

  • 2 live crabs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the crabs into quarters.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the crab pieces, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the crab and mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crabs are fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
