- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the salmon, making sure it’s well coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
