Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, sage, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and honey together over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Pour the sage butter over the meatballs before serving.
Notes
- These meatballs can be served with pasta or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
- Add more herbs for extra flavor.
