Description

Deliciously sweet and savory turkey meatballs glazed with honey and butter infused with sage.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, sage, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and honey together over medium heat, stirring until combined.
  6. Pour the sage butter over the meatballs before serving.

Notes
