Description

A delicious recipe for honey-garlic glazed gizzards that are tender and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken gizzards
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Rinse the gizzards under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the gizzards in a bowl and pour the honey-garlic mixture over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  5. Place the gizzards on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
