A delicious recipe for honey-garlic glazed gizzards that are tender and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken gizzards
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the gizzards under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place the gizzards in a bowl and pour the honey-garlic mixture over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the gizzards on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the gizzards marinate overnight.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
