Instructions
- Rinse gizzards and remove any fat or membranes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, ginger, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add gizzards and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the gizzards.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until gizzards are cooked through and glazed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
