Deliciously tender and flavorful honey-garlic glazed gizzards, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken gizzards
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Clean the gizzards and trim any excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add gizzards to the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
