- 1 pound chicken gizzards
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Clean the gizzards and trim any excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Add gizzards to the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the gizzards on a baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until gizzards are cooked through and glazed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
