Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the fish fillets into sticks.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Dredge each fish stick in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated fish sticks on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.
  7. Let them cool completely before freezing in a single layer.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • These can be cooked directly from frozen; just increase baking time.
