- 1 pound white fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the fish fillets into sticks.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each fish stick in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated fish sticks on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.
- Let them cool completely before freezing in a single layer.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These can be cooked directly from frozen; just increase baking time.
