- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the ribeye cap.
- Place the ribeye cap on a roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Let the roast rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
