Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the ribeye cap.
  4. Place the ribeye cap on a roasting pan.
