- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they easily flake and are cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each steak with a generous amount of the herb butter.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, marinate the swordfish in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for 30 minutes before grilling.
