Description

Delicious swordfish steaks enhanced with a flavorful herb butter, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they easily flake and are cooked through.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, top each steak with a generous amount of the herb butter.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
