Delicious and savory bone marrow canoes, roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 marrow bones
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the bones and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is bubbling and slightly browned.
