- 4 marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bones and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is bubbling and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
