- 100 grams guanciale, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the Camembert cheese in an oven-proof skillet.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the diced guanciale. Cook until crispy.
- Pour the crispy guanciale over the Camembert.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
