Description

A delicious and hearty recipe for Ground Beef & Egg Butter Bombs that are perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and parsley to the beef mixture and stir well.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and butter together until well blended.
  5. Form the beef mixture into small bombs and dip each in the egg mixture.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.
