- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, and parsley to the beef mixture and stir well.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and butter together until well blended.
- Form the beef mixture into small bombs and dip each in the egg mixture.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
