Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
