- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread the ribeye cubes onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and brush with the chili butter.
- Serve immediately.
