Delicious and juicy grilled ribeye cubes enhanced with a flavorful chili butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Thread the ribeye cubes onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
