Description

Succulent grilled pork ribs seasoned with salt and smoked paprika for a rich and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
  5. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
