- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
