Deliciously grilled octopus tentacles served with a rich and smoky butter sauce.

- 1 pound octopus tentacles
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the octopus by cleaning and tenderizing it.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the smoked paprika, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to the butter and mix well.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the octopus tentacles with the smoky butter mixture.
- Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with any remaining smoky butter.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the octopus in the smoky butter for a few hours before grilling.
- Ensure the grill is hot to achieve nice char marks.
