Delicious grilled fajitas with a spicy Meatchelada twist and a refreshing chili lime flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons Meatchelada seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of Meatchelada seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In the meantime, grill the bell peppers and onion until softened.
- Slice the grilled steak and serve in tortillas with grilled vegetables and chopped cilantro.
