Description

Delicious grilled fajitas with a spicy Meatchelada twist and a refreshing chili lime flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons Meatchelada seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of Meatchelada seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In the meantime, grill the bell peppers and onion until softened.
  6. Slice the grilled steak and serve in tortillas with grilled vegetables and chopped cilantro.
