Description
Delicious grilled lamb kabobs marinated in a spicy harissa blend.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup harissa paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add lamb pieces and mix until fully coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread lamb onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your choice of sides or dips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the lamb overnight.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for a refreshing complement.
