A delicious blend of grilled jerk shrimp and creamy pasta with Jamaican flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp with jerk seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until soft.
- Add marinated shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and lime juice; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more jerk seasoning or hot sauce.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
