Description

Delicious grilled heart slices perfect for a unique twist on a classic BBQ dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 hearts of beef or venison
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean and prepare the hearts by trimming excess fat and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Brush the marinade on the heart slices.
  5. Grill the heart slices for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
