Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean and prepare the hearts by trimming excess fat and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Brush the marinade on the heart slices.
- Grill the heart slices for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
