- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine melted bone marrow, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and cumin. Mix well.
- Add beef cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef reaches desired doneness.
- Baste the skewers with remaining melted bone marrow while grilling for added flavor.
- Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
