Description

Delicious and flavorful Greek Lamb Kabobs, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lamb, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add lamb and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread lamb, red onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the lamb overnight.
  • Serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
