Delicious and flavorful Greek Lamb Kabobs, perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lamb, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add lamb and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread lamb, red onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the lamb overnight.
- Serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
